Reporter Cassie Knust sits down with the Hispanic Affairs Project, the Olathe Language Connection and a Tortilla Flats resident to discuss what Montrose residents should be thinking about during Hispanic Heritage Month. Bobbi Fresquez and Ricardo Perez emphasize that many local Hispanic residents have been here for decades, if not longer, while Karen Perez and bebe byrd focus on the problems facing immigrant and undocumented locals.
