Food waste is one of Singapore’s biggest waste streams, accounting for 12 percent of the total waste generated. This is a growing concern because when food is wasted, more food has to be sourced to meet the food demand with Singapore importing over 90 percent of its food supply. So how can tech possibly do its part on this front?
