Today marks the eve of the state polls in six Malaysian states - an election that analysts see as pivotal to Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s rule.
James Chin, Professor for Asian Studies at the University of Tasmania shares his analysis of the heat that has built up over the two-week campaign, as well as the gravity of the polls as Mr Anwar’s government faces its first test of popularity.
