Let’s talk about something you definitely have sitting at home right now — that little stash of painkillers in your medicine cabinet. The over-the-counter meds like Panadol, Acetomenophin… maybe some Ibuprofen.

When used correctly, these meds are safe and effective and very helpful when we’re not well. But how many of us actually follow the instructions perfectly? Studies show a lot of us don’t.
