We've all seen it on Tiktok - or, maybe, your favourite athlete (any Cristiano Ronaldo and Lebron James fans?) touts it as a great way to recover from a workout; but cold water therapy or ice baths have become more mainstream.
More people are taking the plunge and submerging themselves into ice cold water, as a way to relax the muscles, calm the mind and improve sleep.
