Singapore’s Chief Justice, Sundaresh Menon, recently warned about the rise of “truth decay,” where it’s becoming harder to distinguish fact from opinion, especially in the age of AI and social media.
At the same time, the judiciary is also figuring out how AI can safely be incorporated into the legal system, while preserving trust in the courts.
