A new LinkedIn research has found that while 97% of Gen Z professionals in Singapore recognise that professional relationships matter for their careers, 64% aren't sure how to actually get started.
So is Gen Z putting too much pressure on what networking is supposed to look like? And what do older generations actually think when a younger colleague or professional suddenly reaches out?
