The age-old foundation of marketing is that the loudest voices in the room often get the most attention. It’s a world that seems designed for the bold, the charismatic, the extroverted.

Yet, for introverts, breaking into this industry that typically values boldness over thoughtfulness can feel like scaling a mountain.

Being a big introvert herself, this left Jaslyn Qiyu frustrated about the landscape.

So instead of forcing herself to fit the stereotype, she doubled down and chose to rewrite the script with her own consultancy firm, Mad About Marketing. Mad About Marketing specialises in coaching introverted leaders, particularly women and young professionals.
