Singaporean sisters, Hong Wei Ting and Wei Ling are revitalising their family's legacy at Fortune Food, which started as a hawker stall in Geylang, renowned for its traditional handmade popiah skin and kueh pie ti.
From university graduates, these sisters ventured into a competitive (and often male-dominated) industry like F&B with a very hands-on approach to the business.
On R.I.C.H., Hongbin Jeong and Roshan Gidwani speaks to Hong Wei Ting, Co-Founder, Souperstar, to share more about their story.
