With the Great Resignation, employees have shown their strong preference to keep working remotely and flexibly. However, due to the high global inflation, many companies are laying off their workers, which is believed to take a turn. Subsequently, this trend leaves great concern among employees over family commitments and the working mode leading to possible resignations or further negotiations.
