March is Women’s History Month and we are honoring women that are doing incredible things in the Las Vegas Valley! Today we are honoring Principal Amy Dockter-Rozar of West Career and Technical Academy

Amy has been nominated for Principal of the Year for Magnet Schools of America and had the honor to work with Brené Brown and create an online program called Courage Works in 2021 - Amy's contribution was to weigh in on the courage it takes to improve school culture!
