About Critica (ASX: CRI): Critica Limited is advancing the Jupiter Rare Earth Project in Western Australia—Australia’s largest clay-hosted, magnet-REE-dominant resource—via a mine-to-magnet roadmap. Jupiter’s clay-hosted geology enables a beneficiation-first flowsheet achieving ~95% mass rejection and a 6–10× grade upgrade prior to leach, supporting a smaller, lower-intensity plant. Critica has produced its first Mixed Rare Earth Product (MREP) at 84% TREO with 78% recovery, validating the back-end hydromet route. With exceptionally low U/Th, tier-1 infrastructure, and partnerships with ANSTO, Minutech-AMML and GAVAQ (pilot in commissioning), Critica is progressing optimisation, offtake engagement and a Scoping Study targeted before mid-2026—positioning the Company as a cornerstone supplier to Western-aligned rare earth supply chains.
