Algorae Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX: 1AI) offers a dual-track, capital-efficient pathway to pharmaceutical commercialisation. The primary business is the commercial division, AlgoraeRx, which sources and supplies generic and specialty medicines to Australia and New Zealand through executed supply and licensing agreements with leading global manufacturers, including Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Sakar Healthcare. AlgoraeRx operates a capital-light Source–Register–Supply model, supported by a $3.0 million non-dilutive working capital facility.
The business offers investors near-term revenue and exposure to the $34 billion Australian pharmaceutical market. Blue-sky optionality is provided by AlgoraeOS, an AI-enabled drug discovery platform validated at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. AlgoraeOS generates drug-combination candidates for licensing and co-development and has 90 high-confidence candidates currently in the validation and partnering pipeline. In summary, the Company is focused on near-term revenue through executed supply agreements and long-term pipeline value through its proprietary discovery engine.
ON THIS WEBINAR, Algorae's Executive Chairman David Hainsworth, discusses recent commercial contracts with India's largest drug manufacturers, advancing TGA approvals, and ramping up to first revenue in 2026. Investability's Dannika Warburton then leads an investor Q&A.
