In today's episode, I will remind you of two truths prior to introducing the concept known as "flipping." Fact: We all have a tendency to mirror the behavior before us.

Fact: We all have a tendency to behaving less than squared-away at times.

Flipping: When confronted with negative input and poor manners, we take it upon ourselves to display the exact opposite in hope that our behavior wins out in the end. Bottom Line: Everybody wins.

Flipping is a skill well worth developing.
