Excellence will not, and does not, come by accident. Today's leaders, entertainers and roll models came to be as a result of tedious practice, rehearsal, coaching and polishing. Those lucky enough to be chosen to march in the Annual Macy's Day Parade made their luck as a result of focused preparation.

My question to you: Are you practicing enough prior to your individual "showtime?" If not, perhaps it is time you start.
