A common problem that we all must come to terms with involves daily communication. We we think we are saying may not be what people are hearing. This is the first of four episodes focusing on communication reminders. Today refers to face-to-face encounters. Future episodes will include the telephone, the written word and speaking in public. You will quickly notice that Mike's voice in this episode sounds a bit froggy due to a nagging cough which is taking all too long to shake. There just might be something to this age thing.  LOL
