How is a world-renowned fine-dining restaurant such as La Colombe , located on a wine estate, managing to cope with the ban on alcohol sales? Thanks to a collaborative effort from staff, they've managed to create a non-alcoholic pairing for each of their dishes on chef James Gaag's menu.
