"You work really hard at this contest because it's the best of the best and everybody brings their A-game. It's a tremendous feeling to be recognized for your efforts, especially in such a esteemed competition."
Representing Wisconsin, known as the heartland of cheese production, adds an extra layer of pride for Stetler. "Wisconsin is the best of the best," he asserted. "We have such talent in this state with cheese makers, and the quality standards set us apart."
