The Wisconsin Beef Council is a proud sponsor of ProStart cooking activities and preparations all across Wisconsin.

Mrs. Jamie Lutz is a ProStart Educator at Badger High School in Lake Geneva.  Her classroom is alive with activity at all class levels learning different skills for not only cooking, but also managing restaurants, food service and hospitality.

Yasmine Binion is a senior in the ProStart program whose dominated the "Best in Beef" category for the past two years.  She explains her passion for cooking and being drawn to the freedom that meats and beef allow her.
