Wisconsin's getting ready to host the 2023 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest in Green Bay.  Over 2,200 entries are making their way to the state in the form of cheese, butter, yogurt and dry dairy ingredients.  Carrie Mess visits with one of the judges preparing for the big event.  She chats with Chad Galer.
