Wisconsin is hosting the National Brown Swiss Convention for the first time in more than a decade.  Josh Hushin is the assistant chair of the National Brown Swiss Convention and past president of the Wisconsin Brown Swiss Association. He explains some of the show highlights to Stephanie Hoff.

Madison is the host location for the National Junior Angus Summer Convention.  Aubrey Schlimgen gets some details from Caitlyn Brandt, event coordinator for NJAA.  Brandt says their convention has drawn from 38 different states, 2 Canadian provinces and will generate between $1.2-1.5 million in economic impact.

Going to college or even a technical college is not a sure thing for many young people in rural communities.  If you don't have a family member, friend or mentor to help you through the hurdles of investigating educational options and maneuvering through admissions - you may decide to skip it.  Now College2U is aiming to change that paradigm.  Charitee Seebecker visits with Jennifer Blazek, program director for College for Rural Wisconsin shares more about their College2U Roadshow event coming up on July 9 and how it helps these rural students.
