It’s a busy time of year for agricultural aviators – but it’s gotten off to a rocky start nationwide between weather and fuel prices. Jim Perrin of Bancroft, Wisconsin has been an ag aviator since the early 90s. He operates three airplanes in the central sands region of the state. He also leads the National Agricultural Aviation Association. He says safety is the largest priority for NAAA -- recruiting more pilots is No. 2.
