Heather Gayton is a member of the Farmers of The Roche-A-Cri, one of Wisconsin's 47 producer-led watershed groups. She says they're doing something different this year -- reaching out to other environmental groups outside of agriculture. She says inviting them to meetings and farms has helped them build trust, speak each other's language, and mitigate finger-pointing when it comes to improving water quality in the area.
