Bennett Fraboni, a co-owner of Fraboni's Italian Specialties along with his parents and siblings, says that when the season arrives, they up their stock of brats. He says in the beginning of the season they increase their fresh pork supply by 10% to 15% so they can make their various sausages. Fraboni also says that currently getting the supply of the fresh, natural casings they use has been a bit up in the air. He also shares tips for the consumer when prepping for the big summer holidays.
