💜 ICYMI: Alzheimer’s Association’s Marilyn Herbert Joins Mid-Maryland Live
Tim May and Frank Mitchell welcomed Marilyn Herbert, Development Manager and Walk Coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Maryland Chapter, to Mid-Maryland Live to preview the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Frederick, happening this Sunday, Oct. 11 at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium.
Marilyn talks about the importance of the annual walk, how it brings together families, caregivers, friends and community members impacted by Alzheimer’s, and how the money raised supports Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
💜 Check-in begins at 11 AM, followed by the Opening Ceremony at noon and the 2-mile walk at 12:20 PM. Registration is free, with participants encouraged to raise funds or make a donation.
