On Mid-Maryland Live, Tim May and Frank Mitchell continue their open invitation to candidates from any party to come on and talk about their races and the policies they’re running on. This time, they welcomed Diane Fouché, candidate for Frederick County Executive.

A former county procurement director, Fouché laid out a platform centered on restoring trust, fiscal responsibility, and managed growth. She emphasized an “infrastructure-first” approach to development, protecting agricultural land, increasing government transparency, and involving residents earlier in the decision-making process. She also raised concerns about what she calls out-of-control county spending, saying her focus would be on prioritizing existing needs and improving accountability.
