Episode 5 guys is all about Sober firsts and how I dealt with them. Going sober is not easy and alongside that, you now have to experience moments that you would previously correlate a celebration with drinking and getting on it.

From your first Christmas which is one of the hardest for me as first time going sober I cracked, to birthdays and holidays especially. I relay the heartbreak of my wedding and missing out on the girl's first few years. Through this podcast I will explain that they were hard but how I look back at them and  see how much my life has changed since becoming sober and have a new lease on life.

Episode 2 here we go. It's an emotional one guys I'm not guna lie but it's all about dealing with things and realising how far I have come on this journey. 

This week's episode is all about not letting your thoughts become you and how to try not let them takeover. Thoughts can be very overpowering when it comes to sobriety and in this podcast I explain how I get through it when they occur. 

I had my first tour date in Wellingborough so I talk about how that went and there were definitely some characters there but also a really inspiring story which meant a lot to me and spoke volumes.
