Chris Stone,  Director of State and Local Affairs at Gun Owners of America discussed the lawsuit filed this week against the City of Memphis and Interim Police Chief CJ Davis.  Local lawmakers and the city attorney say it's just a "trigger law," but the ordinance as drafted and what was adopted by the voters says no such thing...rather it says takes effect January 1.
