Shelby County Commissioner Mick Wright spoke on Memphis Morning News about the second Wanda Halbert ouster dismissal. Mick Wright has been leading the charge with two years of evidence of dereliction of duty and daily complaints by citizens who have had to deal with the County Clerk's office led by Halbert. Judge Corbin-Johnson gave two reasons why she is dismissing the ouster case.
