Congressman from the 8th District of Tennessee, David Kustoff spoke on Memphis Morning News to discuss the mandate issued by the American people on November 5th. 

The district he represents is the largest agriculture district in Tennessee and his constituents are optimistic following the outcome of the election.  It's all about the economy, the border issues and Memphis crime creeping into their area.
