If you find yourself becoming a people pleaser, it’s important to recognize the underlying fear of abandonment and the tendency to depend on others for your self-worth. Building a stronger sense of self involves setting boundaries, developing confidence, and learning to validate your own needs instead of constantly seeking approval.
