And Steve's still coming up with them because he's he's like, now, your son book, I've got to save up some money.
Steve's walked in and he's saying, we're going to throw a party. But it's almost a surprise party because we've got no idea whether it's happening.
Well surprised and like I said, we've got to draw these things out. We've got to create some excitement.
Obviously, you guys.
Will be there as the star attraction.
Of course, I'm going to show you want us there. You have to be you have to be there now.
But what we're going to do is we're going to invite a bunch of people. We'll give out some details about what's going to happen there and who can how you get your invite to come along to this exclusive party.

You guys are I guess, icons of the community and in terms of what you've been doing, and as as a local real estate company, we obviously want to support you and support our local community. So at the end of the day, the least we can do is throw you a party.
