The KwaZulu-Natal provincial treasury has warned that it will have to re-prioritise budgets should there be another natural disaster. This according to the new administration is due to them having inherited a bankrupt province. This comes amid continued budget cuts, affecting the province disaster management relief stock budget, that has been slashed by more than fifty percent from 59 to 27 million rand.
