The Anger and Stress Management Centre says that South Africa accounts for some of the highest incidents of road rage in the world. This follows a case of alleged road rage in Emmarentia in Johannesburg that claimed the life of a man. Faisal ul Rehman was shot to death- after an altercation with a fellow motorist. It's alleged that the situation escalated after a fender-bender occured. While the NPA has decided not enroll the matter in court just yet- the public debate about road rage has caught on like wildfire.
