By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - Professor Brij Maharaj says he is honoured to have been appointed by President Cyril Ramaphosa to serve on the Steering Committee of the National Dialogue. Maharaj who is the Deputy President of the SA Hindu Maha Sabha and University of Kwa-Zulu Natal Professor of Geography will represent the Faith-Based Organisations (FBO) sector. The National Dialogue will bring together government, political parties, civil society, business, labour, traditional leaders, women, youth and community voices to find common ground and new solutions for our country. Professor Maharaj believes that conversations need to be grounded in integrity and citizens must have confidence and participate in its processes....
