By Newsbreak's, Tashlan Naidoo - Gauteng Hawks Head Ebrahim Kadwa and Senior Crime Intelligence Officer Feroz Khan have been granted 20-thousand Rand bail each. They appeared before the Kempton Park Magistrates Court this morning. The two Major-generals face charges of Contravention of the Precious Metals Act and Defeating the Ends of Justice. The charges relate to the illegal dealing and unlawful possession of precious metals, illicit precious metals transactions and corruption. They were arrested over the weekend. The State did not oppose bail and the accused are to hand in their passports as one of their bail conditions. SABC reporter, Luyanda Danca has the details....
