Adams was arrested yesterday by the Political Killings Task Team in Cape Town. Adams was transported to Durban and is set to be processed at Westville Police Station today. He is facing allegations of fraud and obstructing the course of justice in connection with the murder of ANC Youth League leader Sindiso Magaqa. SABC News reporter, Zanele Buthelezi is at the Westville Police station and brings us an update....

By Newsbreak Producer Hoosen Ebrahim - The Department of Health has urged calm after confirming a rare case of Hantavirus in a critically ill British passenger evacuated to a Sandton hospital. The patient was travelling aboard the MV Hondius, which had sailed from Argentina en route to the Canary Islands, stopping at multiple remote destinations. Health officials say the patient's condition deteriorated despite onboard and interim treatment, prompting an emergency airlift to a private facility in Sandton. The virus, transmitted primarily through contact with infected rodents, is considered rare but potentially fatal. Authorities are also monitoring two additional passengers who presented with severe respiratory symptoms during the voyage. Department of Health spokesperson, Foster Mohale explains the plan in place to mitigate any risks...
