And so on this Human Rights Day which is also the UN's International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination- it's a critical moment to take stock of global human rights. That's the assessment of Abigail Noko, the United Nations Human Rights Regional Representative, Southern Africa office. She spoke to Newsbreak about how these significant anniversaries must inspire a greater committment to Human Rights
