By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - The Nelson Mandela Community Youth Centre at Chatsworth, south of Durban is calling on the young and old to attend its Tai Chi classes to aid in improving their overall health. Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese "mind-body" exercise, known to improve balance, flexibility, strength and stress reduction. Tai Chi teacher, Rocky Naidoo explains the benefits seen from his lessons, especially for the elder generation in the community...
* The classes are free and open to all age groups every Friday between 10 and 11AM at the Chatsworth Youth Centre.
