One such young entrepreneur is Liz Letsoalo - founder of Masodi Organics hair products. She started the business as a one-woman show, handling everything from formulating and manufacturing to sales and marketing, while working full-time. Letsoalo has since grown the company to include employees and products sold in major retailers.
