By Newsbreak Producer Hoosen Ebrahim - KwaZulu-Natal motorists will soon have a rare opportunity to get their hands on four-digit personalized vehicle license numbers. The provincial Department of Transport says the numbers will be sold for R2,000 on a first-come, first-serve basis this month. Sales will take place in Pietermaritzburg and Durban and will be limited to residents of those cities. The department says it is also exploring the possibility of making more four-digit numbers available in other parts of the province.
