Experts say that restricting the movement of cattle is key in the control of Food and Mouth Disease (FMD). President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared the FMB outbreak a national disaster. Government seeks vaccinate 80% of the national herd. This amounts to approximately 12 million cattle.
