A special Tin Town residents' reunion was hosted in Phoenix at the weekend where surviving residents shared their memories of the 1976 floods which forced many into temporary tents in Asherville before relocation to Phoenix. One such resident is Ronnie Bhudai who was teenager when the floods occurred. He shares his experience and joy after reuniting with other survivors...
