The brawl that forced Durban's Centenary Secondary School to close this week was not racially sparked. That's the confirmation from the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Basic Education. The Department met with school management and parents at a public meeting at the school last night. It emerged that the incident escalated as a result of a case of misconduct at the school.
