The family of the late Navin Singh- who has shot and killed as he defended his sick mother from alleged intruders- has described him as a selfless person who always worried about others first. Last week Singh tried to fend of intruders who the opened fire on him at his Clare Estate residence, west of Durban. A single bullet to his torso took his life. He was taking care of his 78 year old mum. This was not the first time the family home was broken into.
