Frederick police have arrested a suspect in the investigation into an August 9th shooting in the 100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

With students heading back to school, Maryland transportation officials are reminding drivers to slow down and watch for school buses. 

Frederick County schools are receiving about 3-point-1 million dollars, and Howard County schools will receive approximately 1-point-5 million in the latest Grow Your Own Educators grants. 

Drivers using the I-70 and I-81 interchange in Washington County should expect a weekend detour.
