Today on Like It Matters Radio, Mr. Black wants to get to an understanding.  No understanding, NO PEACE.  It is not about a pound of flesh, or a record of wrong, it is about understanding.  If we are all in the People business, and we are, then we need an understanding of people.  “85% of the reason you get a job, keep that job, or advance in that job are due to People skills and people knowledge.” If we are going to be influential with people, then we need to know the struggles and strengths of human experience.  One of the struggles with being human, is being fully present Heart, Body and Soul.  When we are present, we see people, we have opportunities and we experience life and connection.  When we are physically in one place, but emotionally, mentally or psychologically in someplace else we miss people and we do damage.  Tune into the hour of power as Mr. Black helps listeners understand people better!
