Dealing with narcissists? Gossips? Toxic people? Sarah has the answer: Grey rocking. Where you become so boring, so neutral and so impossible to bait that they simply have nowhere to go.

Also: Sarah wants answers about a very expensive orthotics upsell, Lise wants to unpack Penélope Cruz’s deeply unexpected hobby, and a tiny teenage request becomes a multi-generational cooking day for the memory bank.

Plus, pointy flats and the power of saying, “No, thank you.”
