- Bethany Hackshall, Executive Director for the Gidget Foundation, had news on the First Gidget House to open in South Australia, to support parents with perinatal mental health challenges.
- David Mitchell, health commentator, shared his recent health challenges and how “My Home Hospital” has helped David recover quicker; better and at the same time taking pressure of the hospital health system.
- Belinda Hellyer, from Brewed By Belinda, had some suggestions for tea rituals that help relaxation; stress reduction and self-care.
- Sam Paior, from The Growing Space, leading Advocate, has dug deeper into the proposed NDIS cuts announcements.
- Emma Thomas, Regional Manager for Live Big, lets us know about telehealth - often the only way to access disability and mental health support, especially for those living in regional areas, or finding transport challenging.
