• Uncle Stevie Sumner, a proud Ngarrindjeri Man, was the  male recipient of this year's Premier's NAIDOC Award - in recognition of his outstanding achievements and significant contributions to improving the lives of Aboriginal people in South Australia.
• Andriana Petrakis has returned from the European Virtus Summer Games, playing tennis with a very successful Australian team
• Karen Anderson, Founder of the Escape to Better Foundation, spoke about the great Dunny Door Dash and the powerful work the Foundation is doing in the area of domestic violence - early intervention can help prevent very serious repercussions.
• Pam Mitchell, Resident Counsellor, spoke about our sensory skills; being more aware; being more grateful.
• Ifa Shaddiq is the Curator for the 10th Secret Art Exhibition at the Darwin Fringe Festival Shaddiq chatted about Ifa's role; career so far and the last few days to attend at the Untitled Gallery and Studio Caryota Court Coconut Grove.
• Felicity Steer, Award Winning Artist, launched the A New Day Exhibition - all of August at the Henley South Post Office and News Agency 47 Henley Beach Road, Henley Beach South.
• Shannon Roach, Head of Marketing at Nicorette Experience, encouraged those wanting to quit smoking or vaping by following the journey and joining the Quitaroos, with Nick Cummings, the “Honey Badger”
